James is a director of Fairway Trust Limited, he is the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Money Laundering Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that the group complies with the local regulations and international standards regarding anti money laundering. James trained with BDO and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, he is the lead director for fund accounting engagements and special purpose vehicles, and sits on the board for a number of large corporate clients predominantly equity and real estate SPVs.

Andrew is Finance Director for the Fairway Group. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 2000 where he specialised in the provision of audit and assurance services to a wide variety of finance industry clients including funds, special purpose vehicles, banks and trust companies. Andrew is also on the board of Emirates NBD Trust Company (Jersey) Limited, a trust company managed by Fairway Trust Limited, which provides trust and estate planning solutions to high net worth clients of Emirates NBD Bank. He also leads the Client Accounting division which provides bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting services to a wide range of Fairway clients, reporting under both UK GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards and is also responsible for Fairway’s operational strategy, ensuring that the high standards of client service are maintained.

Christian has ten years' experience in offshore trust and company administration. He has principally  been involved in the establishment of asset holding and financing structures for High Net Worth clients.

Christian’s experience encompasses residential and commercial real estate portfolios, aircraft and super yachts.This has included the transaction management for the acquisition of assets and thereafter, the ongoing asset management.

Previous to Christian’s private clients role, he had experience in the management of real estate and equity funds.

Helen Osmont heads up the client accounting team in the Fairway Group, she liaises with the auditors where required and ensures that financial statements are produced on a timely basis. Helen has a wide portfolio of client accounts and specializes in the accounting for real estate and special purpose vehicles.

Philippa provides compliance support to the Compliance Manager for the Fairway Group and to the Board of Directors.

Philippa has been working within trust and fund administration since 2006 after studying for a BA Hons in History at Oxford Brookes University. She has the Certificate in Fund Administration and the International Compliance Association Diploma in Compliance.

Whilst Philippa is involved with all aspects of compliance for the Group, her specialist focus is on the fund services business clients and the on-boarding of complex structures.

Harriet works in the compliance department and is responsible for assisting the compliance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of the Fairway Group. She also works daily in support of the administration teams with regards to compliance related matters.

Harriet is studying towards the ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance and holds a B.A. (Hons.) International Relations degree from the University of Sussex.

Mark is a Director of Fairway Fund Services and is responsible for the Fairway Group’s fund services proposition.

Mark is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, having graduated from Bournemouth University in 2007 with an MSc in Corporate Governance and ICSA Professional status and brings a strong governance background and client centric focus to the Group.

Prior to joining Fairway, Mark has gained considerable fiduciary experience working in varied roles within the Fund departments of major international corporations and, more recently, a local boutique fund service provider.

As well as sitting on the Board of Fairway Fund Services, Mark will also act as a Director to Fund structure vehicles and their subsidiaries, and takes a keen interest in real estate and private equity structures.

Being both eager and enthusiastic Connor strives for personnel and professional growth having studied in the UK and USA to attain a BA Hons in International Business, as well as currently studying towards his Diploma in the Institute of Charted Secretaries and Administrators.

Connor's role within the Trust and Corporate functions of the Fairway Group, is to assist in the day-to-day administration of Companies and that of the Trustees' duties;  whilst striving to insure a positive and efficient service.

Outside of the work Connor is keen to actively get involved within the local community, participating in charitable events with the most recent activities including the MacMillian Cancer Rowathon; Jersey Hospice Dragon Boat Racing and the 48 mile island ITEX Walk.
